Banquet Tickets are available by mail.  Feast Seating is by advance reservations only, and is limited to 45 guests.  Reservations will be processed in order of postmark.  Tickets (not refundable) will be returned by mail.  No cameras or cell phones, please.   You may also mail-order your Bors Hede Boke of Cookry on the reservation page.

Class Registration :  Send in you check then with the registration form, and you will receive confirmation by return mail.  Maximum class size is 20, or less where noted.  Registrations will be processed in order of postmark.
